Canada - Vancouver, British Columbia

Summer 2013 marked the one-year anniversary of our daughter's being clear from Hodgkin's Lymphoma, so we decided to celebrate with our first-ever full-family trip.
We chose to spend a week in Vancouver, British Columbia because it featured a wide-range of indoor and outdoor activities for each of our tastes.
After almost twelve hours' of travel time, we finally settled into the a hotel adjacent to BC Place - a huge and photogenic multipurpose stadium built in 2010 for the Winter Olympics and the host site for the 2015 FIFA Womens' Championship match.
We spent the next six days exploring Vancouver City from morning into the night. The weather was sunny; temperatures were moderate and a welcome diversion from Miami's heat and humidity.
